#1815 added saturation test to OTAP-OTAP scenario, but used the config with wait_for_result:true. But OTAP receiver does not have that implemented. Back-pressure tests were already [not running these](https://github.com/open-telemetry/otel-arrow/blob/main/tools/pipeline_perf_test/test_suites/integration/nightly/backpressure-docker.yaml#L95) This PR modified the saturation test with OTAP to use the wait-for-result:false mode until above is addressed.
